Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Pakajoo

Clear answers about connecting your stores, fulfilling orders and helping your team work together.

What is Pakajoo?

Pakajoo is one workspace for orders from one or more online stores. It brings fulfilment, shipping and invoicing connections together so your team can work without constantly switching between different systems.

Which businesses is Pakajoo designed for?

It is primarily designed for small and growing ecommerce businesses, owners of multiple stores, and teams that share order preparation, dispatch and accounting-review responsibilities.

Can I manage more than one online store?

Yes. You can see orders from every connected store in one unified platform or focus on a particular store. The number of stores available depends on your subscription plan.

Which ecommerce platforms are supported?

WooCommerce is currently available. Shopify, OpenCart and CS-Cart connections are part of our roadmap and will be added progressively. The Integrations page always shows their current availability.

Which courier companies are supported?

Pakajoo currently connects with BOX NOW and ACS to create shipments and vouchers within the order workflow. More courier connections will be added regularly.

Which invoicing and ERP systems can I connect?

Connections are available for Elorus, Epsilon Smart and Pegasus. Each provider offers different capabilities and requirements, so the actions available are shown in the corresponding Pakajoo settings.

How are orders updated?

Pakajoo synchronizes orders from connected stores at regular intervals according to your subscription plan. New orders enter the shared queue and existing orders are updated without creating duplicates.

What is the standard order workflow?

An order moves through clear stages such as new, in preparation, packed, ready to ship, shipped and completed. Controlled states are also available for pausing, cancelling or archiving an order.

Can I create shipping vouchers in Pakajoo?

Yes, when the store is connected to a supported courier. Voucher creation starts from the order, requires clear confirmation before data is sent to the courier, and the document remains available for reprinting.

Does Pakajoo issue fiscal documents?

Pakajoo can send the required information to a supported invoicing system or ERP. Documents are always issued by your invoicing software and depend on the connection, mappings and approvals configured by your business. Pakajoo does not replace your accounting system; it reduces the need to work in it directly.

Can team members have different access?

Yes. An owner or administrator can assign permissions by role and store. Fulfilment, accounting and view-only members see only the information and actions needed for their work.

Are my integration credentials secure?

Credentials for stores, couriers and invoicing systems are stored encrypted and are not displayed again to users. Access to sensitive actions is controlled through team permissions.

Are digital products and services supported?

Yes. Orders containing only digital products or services can follow a different workflow without unnecessary packing and shipping steps, according to the business configuration.

Can Pakajoo monitor or manage inventory?

Pakajoo provides controlled catalogue, SKU comparison and inventory-monitoring features. Mappings require confirmation by an authorized user, and available actions depend on the connected providers and selected inventory mode.

How are returns and refunds handled?

Authorized users can record and review return cases according to the business policy and product type. Financial and inventory actions remain controlled steps and are not approved automatically.

Do I need to install anything?

Nothing needs to be installed on your computer. Pakajoo runs in a browser. Connecting a WooCommerce store requires secure API keys with the appropriate permissions.

How is the monthly order allowance calculated?

Pakajoo counts orders imported during the current monthly subscription period. The Subscription page shows the exact dates, current usage and plan limit.

What happens when I reach my plan limit?

A warning appears at 80%. Once the order allowance is reached, new-order synchronization pauses until a new period begins, the plan is upgraded or Pakajoo applies a specific allowance. Existing data is not deleted.

What happens if my subscription renewal is late?

There is a five-day grace period after the subscription period ends. If it is not renewed, operations and synchronization pause, while the Subscription page remains available so the account can be restored. If renewal remains unsuccessful for 90 days, the account is archived and its data is no longer immediately visible to the user.

Is there a free trial and can I request a custom plan?

Yes. New accounts begin with a 14-day free trial. If you need more stores, users, orders or connections than the standard plans include, contact us for a custom proposal. Listed prices exclude VAT.

Why should I use Pakajoo instead of connecting my store directly to my accounting system through a bridge?

A conventional bridge mainly transfers data between two systems. Pakajoo adds an organized workspace between your stores, couriers and accounting system: it brings orders from multiple stores together and manages fulfilment stages, roles and permissions, vouchers, checks and activity history. If all you need is automatic document transfer from one store to one accounting system, a simple bridge may be sufficient.

Do I also need a separate bridge alongside Pakajoo?

Not for services that connect directly to Pakajoo. Connections to a supported store, courier and invoicing system are configured inside Pakajoo. If you use a provider that is not yet supported or have a specialized existing workflow, your current bridge or a custom integration may temporarily remain necessary.

Is Pakajoo less expensive than using one or more bridges?

For many businesses it can reduce the total cost, particularly when they have multiple stores, different couriers, several users or need one shared workflow. A fair comparison should include not only the subscription, but also setup fees, separate licences per connection, maintenance, support and staff time. For one very simple store-to-accounting connection, a basic bridge may cost less.

We process a large order volume across many connected stores. Can Pakajoo run in our own dedicated environment?

Yes. Pakajoo can be deployed on a VPS, cloud infrastructure or dedicated server for your organization’s exclusive use. The architecture, resources, security, backups and support can be tailored to your workload and operational requirements. Contact us for a technical assessment and further details.
